E-Pins: Electronic recharge card codes
Scope of Services
Recharge Card Dealers provides telecom and digital utility services including but not limited to:
Airtime top-up
Data top-up
Airtime-to-cash conversion
Bills payment
DStv & GoTv subscriptions
Electricity bill payments
Recharge card printing and distribution
Dealer, Sub-Dealer, Wholesaler, and Retailer services
Affiliate partnerships with telecom network providers
Services may be modified, expanded, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
User Categories & Roles
a. Dealers
Dealers partner with specific network providers to purchase recharge card e-pins in bulk and resell them within the Platform.
b. Sub-Dealers
Sub-dealers are authorized to purchase recharge cards from multiple dealers across supported networks and resell digitally without printing.
c. Wholesalers
Wholesalers purchase recharge cards from sub-dealers and are authorized to physically print recharge cards for distribution.
d. Retailers
Retailers access discounted services and resell recharge cards and other services to end users for profit.
The Company reserves the right to approve, downgrade, suspend, or revoke any user category at its discretion.

Account Registration & Security
Users must provide accurate and verifiable information
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
Any activity carried out under a user’s account is deemed authorized
Multiple accounts per user without approval are prohibited
The Company is not liable for losses arising from compromised login details.
Wallet Funding & Transactions
All transactions are funded through the user’s wallet
Wallet funding methods may change without notice
Transaction records on the Platform shall be considered final proof
Successful transactions are non-reversible
Users are responsible for confirming transaction details before submission.
Pricing & Charges
Service prices are subject to change without notice
Pricing may vary by user category
Network provider pricing supersedes Platform pricing
The Company is not obligated to maintain previous rates
Service Delivery, Errors & Failures
Recharge Card Dealers relies on third-party network providers and APIs.
Delays, failures, or reversals may occur
Failed transactions will be investigated based on network confirmation
Resolution timelines depend on network provider feedback
Not all failed transactions are eligible for reversal
The Company’s decision on transaction outcomes shall be final.
Service Availability & Downtime
The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime may result from:
Network provider outages
System maintenance
Internet or server failure
External technical disruptions
No compensation shall be provided for downtime beyond the Company’s control.
Airtime-to-Cash Conversion
Conversion rates are determined by market and system conditions
Completed conversions are final
The Company reserves the right to suspend this service at any time
Prohibited Use
Users must not:
Engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation
Attempt system hacking or reverse engineering
Use the Platform for illegal activities
Resell services without authorization
Disrupt Platform operations
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
Suspension & Termination
The Company reserves the right to:
Suspend accounts under investigation
Terminate accounts involved in abuse or fraud
Withhold benefits linked to violations
Deny access without obligation to disclose internal findings
Third-Party Network Providers
Recharge Card Dealers does not control:
Telecom networks
Electricity distribution companies
Cable TV providers
The Company shall not be liable for failures, delays, or policy changes by third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, logos, designs, and systems are owned by Recharge Card Dealers.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any Platform asset without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Platform is provided “as is”
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the disputed transaction
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Recharge Card Dealers harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
User misconduct
Policy violations
Illegal use of services
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failures caused by:
Network outages
Government actions
Natural disasters
Internet failures
Events beyond reasonable control
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nigerian courts.
Amendments
Recharge Card Dealers may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
